硅碳棒使用中的注意事项及最佳的控制使用方法

硅碳棒使用的注意事项
(1)减少使用温度的影响。碳化硅元件的老化速度与使用温度成正比,使用温度越高,老化越快,其寿命越短。
(2)为了检验每支硅碳棒电热元件是否良好工作,通电试验时可用钳形电流表逐一测定电流。同一区域在相等的电压下要求电流相近,偏差不超出 10%,如果个别电流太大就说明阻值太小。如果电流太小,不是阻值太大就是管脚按触不良。如果没有电流可能是硅碳棒电热元件已断裂,应进一步检查更换。
(3)硅碳棒电热元件质脆易断,特别在带螺纹位置最为脆弱,安装要特别小心,轻拿轻放,安装时要特别注意绝不允许单边受力,必要时应用耐热钢管套住硅碳棒轻轻推入然后拔出钢管套,安上护套固定好。
(4)为防止硅碳棒电热元件与上部结构的耐火材料互相影响,各个元件的管脚均用陶瓷纤维套管绝缘,陶瓷纤维套管不但起着电气绝缘的作用而且还起到固定硅碳棒的作用。
(5)在窑炉中使用硅碳棒,操作温度可达 1700℃。在还原性气氛下,其最高操作温度为1500℃。碳化硅加热元件的寿命一般为 12个月。
(6)料道中使用的硅碳棒,为了延长硅碳棒加热元件的寿命。可改进料道上部结构,用挡砖将料道与工作池隔开,严格控制料道气氛。
(7)为了使每支硅碳棒都能处于正常而理想的工作状态,安装前对整批硅碳棒测定其电阻值,将其分类,电阻值相近的装在同一调整区,使之工作电阻相近。
(8)硅碳棒元件的接线方法,可采用并联、串联、角形、星形以及其它形式的接线方式;但是并联优越于串联,并联可以调节负荷不平衡的因素,而多支串联则加重了不平衡的因素,提高了工作电压。为了延长硅碳棒元件的寿命、保证安全使用,应避免采用多支串联。
(9)使用硅碳棒必须配备调压变压器或可控硅调压器及电压、电流表和温度自动控制仪表等。在使用过程中因棒氧化,电阻逐渐增加,为保持炉温正常,硅碳棒厂家,应提高使用电压。当电压提高到所用变压器最高限度仍不能满足要求时,可停炉改变棒的接线方式再继续使用。
(10)新炉开始送电时,为了防止断棒,电压应逐步加大。一般开始电压为额定电压的 1/3 为宜,一切正常后再逐渐升高电压。新炉或久未使用的电炉(窑),在使用之前必须烘炉,烘炉时尽可能用旧棒或其它热源。
.严禁硅碳棒超负荷使用。如棒因故断裂或发现棒发热不均,局部呈白炽或暗红现象一段一段时,这说明棒体老化不一致,一段段电阻相差太大,应停炉检修换棒。 
(11)如果烧制器件或材料时,在加热过程中有水份排出,所用电阻炉(窑)要留有排气孔,以便排除炉窑内的水份或其它有害废气,以免影响棒的使用寿命。棒在存放过程中,要注意防潮。如发现棒端喷铝处变质潮解,经表面处理后可重新喷铝。如无喷铝条件,可在棒喷铝段裹几层铝箔再用。硅碳棒硬而脆,在运输、开箱、安装更换时要特别小心。轻拿、轻放,严防机械敲打,以免断棒。
采用斯通ST15B(ST35B)电力调整器控制硅碳棒的最佳使用的方法
鉴于以上的硅碳棒的特性,建议电力调整器采用恒流控制方式,以便达到电压和电流均匀稳定的输出,电流电压不会突然过大影响硅碳棒的寿命,硅碳棒老化引起的阻值提高以后,保证达到所需的使用功率。

(9) The use of silicon carbon rod must be equipped with voltage regulating transformer or SCR voltage regulator and voltage, ammeter and temperature automatic control instrument. In THE process OF USE due to rod oxidation, resistance gradually increases, in order to maintain the normal temperature of the furnace, silicon carbon rod manufacturers, should increase the use of voltage. (10) When the new furnace starts to deliver electricity, the voltage should be gradually increased in order to prevent rod breaking. New furnace or long unused electric furnace (kiln), before use must be oven, oven as far as possible with old rod or other heat source.

Do not overload the use of silicon rod. (11) If there is water discharge in the heating process when firing devices or materials, the resistance furnace (kiln) should have an exhaust hole to remove the water or other harmful exhaust gas in the furnace, so as not to affect the service life of the rod. Keep the bar away from moisture during storage. If it is found that the deterioration and deliquesation of the aluminum spray on the rod end can be re-sprayed after surface treatment. If there is no aluminum spraying condition, you can wrap several layers of aluminum foil in the rod spray aluminum section before using. Silicon rods are hard and brittle, and special care should be taken when transporting, unpacking, installing and replacing them. Handle and put gently, strictly prevent mechanical beating, so as not to break the rod.

The second step is 750 degrees, and the output limit is set to 50%-60% (the specific value actually depends on the heating capacity of the site), and the heating time of more than 2 hours is also guaranteed. In the third step, the target temperature is the actual operating temperature, and the output limit is set to 100%

If there is no temperature curve with the word, can also be installed on the power regulator amplitude limiting potentiometer, according to the temperature curve setting method to ensure the output of the limiting control (this method needs the responsibility and professionalism of the operator)
